SponsorStack — The Operating System for Independent Sponsors

By accessing or using SponsorStack ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including beta participants and design partners.

2. Description of Service

SponsorStack is a software platform designed to help independent sponsors manage their deal flow, relationships, financial analysis, and equity raises. The Service is currently in beta and is made available to a limited number of invited users.

3. Account Access

Access to SponsorStack is by invitation only. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Beta Program

During the beta period, the Service is provided "as is" without any guarantees of uptime, data retention, or feature availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. Beta pricing, if any, is subject to change with reasonable notice before any general availability launch.

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you upload or input into SponsorStack. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) infringe on the intellectual property rights of others; (c) upload malicious code or attempt to compromise the security of the platform; (d) share your account credentials with unauthorized parties.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SponsorStack and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
